Four feet
This is a typical four feet set-up where an Ether Isolator is placed close to each corner. Offers extra support for heavier pieces and keeps lateral movement to a minimum.
Three feet - option one
For lighter equipment it is also acceptable to use three isolators. Keep in mind that Ether isolators have a capacity of fifteen pounds maximum each. Generally it is advisable to calculate under the maximum by five pounds.

CD Players, Amplifiers, etc.
Typically Amplifiers and CD players tend to be heavier than turntables so we recommend four isolators.
Keep in mind you might even need more than four if your piece exceeds 50/60 pounds
