The warranty covers manufacturing defects for the following lengths of time.

 

Speakers 10 Years

Turntables 2 years

Stands & Furniture 5 years

Everything else 1 year

What happens if something breaks?

 

Contact us, and we will take you through the process. If we need to we will provide you with the parts needed, along with guidance on how to exchange the part within minutes. If it needs to come back we can sort that out for you too.

In the case a product needs to be returned to us, original packaging is required for return shipment.  

​

The warranty does not cover burnt/blown speaker units, scratches/minor damage, wear and tear, misuse, incorrect connection, inadequate general maintenance, cracked cabinet finish, theft or fire.
